Thank you for supporting our handcrafted jewelry business. Every item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Please read the policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and shipping.

 


Made-to-Order Policy

All jewelry in our shop is made to order. This means:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted once production begins.

  • We do not offer cancellations once an order is in progress.

  • Please review all product details, including sizing, materials, and design, before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect each piece before shipping. If your jewelry arrives damaged or has a defect, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

To report an issue:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem. If the packaging is damaged, please include that as well.

Once we review and approve your claim, we will either remake and resend the item or issue a full refund.

 


Shipping & Delivery

We only ship with tracking to ensure your order arrives safely.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.


Return Shipping (If Applicable)

If a return is approved due to damage or defect:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost.

  • You will be provided with instructions and a return label or reimbursement.

  • Please use a tracked shipping method when returning items.


Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after your return or issue is confirmed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
